MEET ERIC

Eric is the Principal at Suite Properties. After acquiring Suite Properties in 2018, he’s used his knowledge, experience, and skill-sets gained over his past 10 years in the property management industry to relentlessly focus on the overall improvement of Suite’s systems, processes, customer service, and efficiencies. Above all, Eric values quality over quantity, company alignment with clients interests’, and a conscious believe in being proactive vs. reactive.

Eric is also a licensed broker, licensed builder, and owns/operates another property management company that focuses on the management of suburban Detroit properties. Whether personally or on behalf of clients’, Eric & his team have acquired, renovated, and/or sold hundreds of properties in Metro Detroit.

When Eric isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his family, golfing, or traveling.
