How do I become a tenant?

You can apply online. From there, a real estate agent will be in touch with you.

What properties are currently available?

You can view our current vacancies here. 

How do I pay rent?

Tenants can pay rent online, with pay slips through 7/11 and CVS , or by mailing checks or money orders to our office.

How do I report a repair that needs to be done in my home?

You can use our online maintenance request portal.

Can I have pets?

It is up to the owner whether you can have pets or not. There is typically a non-refundable pet deposit.

What happens if I don’t pay rent on time?

If rent isn’t paid on time, the late fee stated in your lease will apply.

Will the management company notify me when a maintenance person is coming into my home?

The manager or vendors will be able to contact you directly to schedule or notify you that we will be accessing with a key.

Am I allowed to make changes to the property?

Please contact the office in writing before making any changes to see if they will be approved. If you do make any changes to the property, you will not be reimbursed and if you do not seek approval, could be charged.

Is there an application fee?

There is a $35 non-refundable application fee to cover the background/credit check.

Am I responsible for utilities, such as Electricity, Heat (gas or electric), water/sewer/trash?
