Meet the hardworking team that makes us who we are!
Eric is the Principal at Suite Properties. After acquiring Suite Properties in 2018, he’s used his knowledge, experience, and skill-sets gained over his past 15 years in the property management industry to relentlessly focus on the overall improvement of Suite’s systems, processes, customer service, and efficiencies. Above all, Eric values quality over quantity, company alignment with clients interests’, and a conscientious believe in being proactive vs. reactive.
Eric is also a licensed broker, licensed builder, and owns/operates another property management company that focuses on the management of suburban Detroit properties. Whether personally or on behalf of clients’, Eric & his team have acquired, renovated, and/or sold hundreds of properties in Metro Detroit.
When Eric isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his family, golfing, or traveling.
Monica DeStefanis is our Senior Property Manager, focusing on owner and tenant relations. She prides herself on providing superior customer service and communication to her clients. Monica is committed to the daily oversight and operational management of properties, acting as the liaison between property owners and residents to ensure well-maintained and compliant properties. She specializes in Section 8 properties and Certificates of Compliance for all properties.
Monica is also a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Outside of Property Management, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, running, and watching baseball.

Bringing 6 years of experience in property management, Flor supports the team by streamlining administrative processes and ensuring seamless communication between tenants, vendors, and property owners. She helps maintain accurate records, coordinates key deadlines, and ensures property operations run smoothly. Valued for her efficiency and approachable manner, she contributes to creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
Charlie has a strong background in administration and customer service, and is passionate about building positive relationships with both landlords and tenants.
Mary brings a background of nonprofit home repair management to our team, with a strong attention to detail. She is passionate about high-quality home repairs and ensuring maximum efficiency for everyone.
She likes to do puzzles over coffee and animal rescue in her free time.
Yvonne has almost five years of experience supporting both residential and commercial properties in property management and maintenance coordination. Her background includes tenant and vendor communication, scheduling, work order coordination, administrative support, and process improvement. Yvonne enjoys building organized systems and workflows that help operations run smoothly and efficiently, and she takes pride in providing dependable support for both her team members and the residents that she serves.
Thomas is the Property Inspector and boots on the ground for Suite Properties. Performing home inspections as trained by InterNACHI, Thomas completed the rigorous training, testing, and continuing education requirements mandated by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), which translates into an invaluable asset for our company and clients alike.
Thomas understands the importance of being timely, thorough, and communicating efficiently.
